Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we cannot hold a property before you apply. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We ask for Security deposit before move in and first months rent upon move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Anyone 18 and older must fill out an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposit is refundable upon move out and our 21 days to send deposit back based on repairs and cleaning. If you are approved for a property, pay the deposit and back out, you will loose $800 of what you paid. -
Who needs a cosigner?
At this time we do not accept cosigners. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply from our website, or you can physically fill one out from one of our two offices. -
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent through the tenant portal or you can mail or bring a money order, cashiers check, or personal check to our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You would need to register your pet at https://baypm.petscreening.com. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
We would need a 30 day written notice from the vacating tenant and to verify with the staying tenant this is ok. There is an administrative charge attached for removal as well. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You would need to provide a 30 day written notice to vacate. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Depending on the situation owners pay most repairs. The tenant could be liable for repair costs.
